Head chef Simone Legutti is responsible for creating the exciting new modern European menus at The Royal Blackheath Golf Club. His training began in some of Italy's finest kitchens, including the famous Ambasciata Restaurant in Mantova, Italy. Simone is passionate about food, and can guarantee members a delicious and expertly prepared meal. Try one of his signature dishes, The Little Mermaid, a delicious starter with scallops, porcini mushrooms, asparagus and potato purée or sample Simone's delicious freshly prepared pasta. All of these dishes can be found on the à la carte menus.
